The Daughters Campaign "Dukhtaran" is the flagship initiative of the Wasef Bakhtari Foundation—and one of its most urgent and vital missions. It is a powerful response to the systemic erasure of Afghanistan girls and women from education and public life under the current regime in Afghanistan.

Rooted in the belief that education is liberation, and inspired by  Wasef Bakhtari’s lifelong commitment to intellectual development and justice, this program is dedicated to restoring the right to learn, grow, and dream for Afghanistan girls, even under the most oppressive conditions.
