Governance and Structure

The Foundation is registered under the Societies Act of British Columbia. It is led by a volunteer Board of Directors, which includes positions such as President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. All activities and governance practices align with the foundation’s approved bylaws (2024).
