Parnian Publications was established thirty years ago with the mission of collecting, compiling, publishing, and republishing the works of Wasef Bakhtari. It began its activities by publishing hundreds of poems, studies, and translations in more than twenty books. Over time, through meticulous editing, elegant design, expert scholarship, and high-quality printing, it earned a respected place among publishing houses.

Twenty-two years ago, the Parnian quarterly was launched in the field of literature and culture, with the intention that its Worisham edition would focus on Pashto literature and Ipak on Uzbeki literature.

Parnian has published dozens of books in the fields of poetry and poetry translation, fiction, philosophical and literary research, literary criticism, travel writing, and other areas. ​​​​​​
